Kidzklub Australia provides children’s entertainment, event activations, school holiday programs, childcare, and related services across Australia.
All services are subject to availability, event suitability, and compliance with relevant safety and licensing requirements.
When booking our services, you agree to provide accurate information regarding your venue, event, and participant details.
Bookings are confirmed once a written agreement or email confirmation has been received from both parties.
A deposit or full payment may be required prior to the event, as specified in your proposal or invoice.
Payment terms and due dates will be clearly stated in your booking confirmation or invoice.
Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may be subject to GST where applicable.
We understand plans can change. If you need to cancel a booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a fee of $50 or a percentage of the total booking value, depending on the nature of the service.
Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your agreement.
If we are unable to deliver the service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. severe weather, illness, or emergencies), we will work with you to reschedule or offer a suitable alternative.
Kidzklub Australia takes child safety seriously. All staff and contractors hold current Working With Children Checks and relevant First Aid certifications.
Parents and guardians must remain on site during public activations, such as shopping centre or community events, unless otherwise specified.
Where childcare is provided, our qualified staff operate under strict supervision ratios and risk management procedures.
We reserve the right to refuse participation to any child if their behaviour endangers themselves or others.
While every care is taken to ensure safety, participation in any Kidzklub activity is at the attendee’s own risk.
To the extent permitted by law, Kidzklub Australia is not liable for:
Any injury, loss or damage arising from participation in our programs or use of our website
Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services
Clients, parents or guardians agree to indemnify Kidzklub Australia against any claims arising from the actions of children under their care during events or activities.
All text, images, designs, logos and materials on this website are the property of Kidzklub Australia or used under licence.
You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written consent.
